  The Belleville Indie Market's fall market event is scheduled for October 28th from 6 PM to 10 PM. This gathering brings together more than 35 local artists and small business owners to create the ultimate fall shopping experience. You'll find everything from produce and baked goods to clothing, homewares, and even original works of art for sale.   The Belleville Walk to End Alzheimer's challenges Belleville citizens to walk around 2.5 miles to raise funds for research into possible cures for Alzheimer's disease. This year's walk is set for October 7th and will begin on the campus of Southwestern Illinois College. Registration begins at 9 AM and is followed by a quick ceremony at 10 AM before the walk officially begins at 10:20 AM. Eckert's Belleville Farm will be hosting 2023's Ecktoberfest on October 22, and it's the perfect opportunity to enjoy all of the good old-fashioned farm fun you've been craving.
