Family

As a three generation real estate company, family is at the heart of our company. Each and every one of our agents is part of our Strano Family. We all work together as a team, and have a strong bond and support that cannot be found in other companies. Not only this, but we love that we find houses for families to call home. We really do have a pretty cool and important job!

Leadership

The term often comes with different interpretations but it is not a secret that leaders are selfless, inspirational, and knows how to navigate through uncertainty or difficult situations. In an industry where peers are in competition with each other it’s important to remember that Strano sets the bar. We live by the golden rule and this sets us apart. There is a reason we are part of a network called Leading Real Estate Companies of the World—it’s because we are the professional standard of quality in our markets both locally and globally.

Community

Strano Stands for Community. While we support each other, we also support our community that we work and live in. We take pride in our community. Each area we service has its own unique characteristic and charm. We know how important it is to give back to the community. Through efforts like Tired Teddies, Adopt-a-Family, and our Food Drive we are able to better the communities we live in. We vow to constantly be committed to making our community better.

Service

Strano Stands for Service. Every day we have the privilege to live in a free country. Our service men and women risk their lives, leave their homes, family and community so we can do what we do. We try to show our military how much we appreciate them through programs like Military on the Move, but remember sometimes a simple “Thank you for your service” can mean so much. Let us also not forget our local police and firemen who protect us and our local communities. Strano is dedicated to ensuring that our service men and women know how much we appreciate and respect them.
